St Patricks Parade and More!

Tillie getting a boost on Grandpa's shoulders so she could see better. She got a lot of bead necklaces! Way to go Tillie. Most people were handing out necklaces at the parade instead of candy. It was nice. Grandpa, Grandma, Alena and I (Mommy) all had a great time at the parade. It was over a hour long. We are looking forward to our next parade!Mommy and Tillie watching the parade. She liked Mommy to sit in the street with her so she could sit on her knee. What a beautiful day! We were so glad to see the sun come out about 20 minutes before the parade started. Towards then end Tillie finally started to wave at people.Tillie had so much fun at the parade and didn't want to nap in the morning like cousin Alena did that she fell asleep on the walk back to the car! What a sweet girl. I love her so much.

Daddy was pushing Tillie around on her horse. She was also sporting her Cubs hat that he bought her when she was only a few months old! She looks so cute in it. She love her horse but doesn't quite understand that if she moves her feet it will go. I guess it is more fun to have Daddy help!

Colorado

A Cahalan tradition is to put money, a loaf of bread and a book in a row and see which one the child goes to. Tillie went to the money and so that means that she will not be without money in her life.
Mommy and Tillie in front of the Vail house. She was sitting in the snow before this picture. She had a great time.

Tillie and Grandpa Cahalan at Beaver Creek village after lunch.
Tillie got to dig into another cake for her birthday. She likes cake! Thank you Aunt Renee and Uncle Nick.

We went on a trip to Colorado this past month. We had a great time and look forward to going back in the spring for Ryan and Martha wedding! Tillie had a great time and looks forward to when she is big enough to ski! May her height help her balance. Andrew learned how to snowboard this year and had a great time on the slopes with his brothers and sister-in-laws! Hopefully I will get out there some day soon.
